Visual Tour Coordinator
– Bonnie will be making a special
appointment with you after the property has been submitted to the
Multiple Listing Service to take another set of pictures specifically
for this internet presentation. The pictures have to be taken in an
overlapping manner in order for her to be able to stitch them together
and create a panoramic effect for the major living spaces in your home.
This takes a lot of time and special ability, but is one of the newest
effective marketing tools available and we’re on top of it! She will

marketing idea! Norma is our personal Buyers Specialist, meaning
that is her major responsibility and we advertise for you that she is

Closing Coordinator
– Sharon has been on the team for several
years and after you and a buyer have come to a purchase agreement, she
will make sure all the paperwork is completed, the home inspection,
radon, appraisal, title report, loan approval, any other inspections or
repairs deemed necessary get completed on schedule. She is a master at
negotiating repairs on your behalf and finally arranges closing and
moving dates suitable for all parties. Sharon is also licensed and can
show properties as Norma and I can. |
